Terms of Service

The service

Your Garage Man provides garage cleaning and organization services in Oakland County, Michigan and nearby communities. What's included depends on the package you choose; see our services and pricing pages for current details.

Quotes and estimates

The price you see when you submit a request is an estimate based on the size, package and add-ons you select. We review your photos and confirm a Final Quote before any job is scheduled or charged. A quote is not a commitment on either side until you approve it.

Approval and payment

We text (or otherwise send) you your Final Quote and ask you to approve it. Once approved, we'll help you schedule the work. Payment is collected after the job is completed, using the payment method and link we send you. We don't charge you before doing the work.

SMS Terms

By checking the text-message consent box on our quote form, you agree that Your Garage Man may send you text messages about your quote, approval, scheduling link, and receipt, at the phone number you provide. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Access to your garage

You're responsible for making your garage accessible on the scheduled date and for securing any items you consider especially valuable, fragile, or sensitive before we arrive. Let us know about anything that needs special handling.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Plans change — contact us as soon as you can if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, and we'll work with you to find a new time.

Referral program

Referral codes and rewards are described on our referral program page. Rewards are issued at our discretion once the referred job is completed and paid for, and may not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

Garage Care membership

Garage Care is a recurring membership described on our Garage Care page, billed annually or monthly for the term shown there. Contact us to discuss renewal, cancellation, or any change to your membership.

Liability

We take care working in your garage, but we're not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear from moving stored items, or damage to items not disclosed to us in advance. Please point out anything fragile, valuable, or already damaged before work begins.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the effective date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
