The estimate you see online is a range, based on your garage’s size, the package you pick and any add-ons — no guessing games. The low end is a lightly-used garage with little to move; the high end is a typically cluttered one. It’s a fast, honest starting point.
Then Your Garage Man reviews your photos and texts you personally with your final quote.
Junk removal and shelving/storage installation are always quoted in person — every job is different.

How does the quote work?
Tell us about your garage and upload a few photos. You'll see a price range right away. Then Your Garage Man reviews your photos and texts you personally with your final quote.
Is the price I see on the website final?
No. It's a range based on your garage size, package and add-ons — the low end is a lightly-used garage, the high end a typically cluttered one. Your final quote comes after we review your photos and talk with you.
When do I pay?
After the job is finished, we text you a payment link for the approved amount. There is no deposit, and nothing is charged before the work is done.
Do you haul junk away?
Junk removal is available as an add-on. Every garage is different, so it's always quoted in person and never priced online.
Do you need water for pressure washing?
Yes. We only offer pressure washing when there is an outdoor water hookup on site that we can use.
What is Garage Care?
Garage Care is our recurring maintenance service. We come back four times a year to clean, reset and reorganize your garage so it doesn't slowly turn back into the place where everything gets dumped. It's a 12-month commitment, paid annually or monthly.
Is junk removal included in Garage Care?
No. Junk removal is always an additional paid service, quoted separately.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Oakland County, Michigan, and we travel to nearby communities within roughly an hour. Not sure you're in range? Ask in your quote request.
How does the referral program work?
After your job is complete you'll get your own referral code. A friend who uses it gets $50 off their clean. When two friends use your code, your next clean is free.
